What is your return policy?Updated a year ago

Products must be returned with payment receipt, original packaging (undamaged), unused and in perfect condition within 90 days. If knives or other items purchased show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a re-saleable condition the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

In order to process a refund, we'll need the original form of payment. If it is unavailable we will have to put the money on a gift card.

If the items need to be shipped back to us, we charge a restocking fee within Canada and the USA - that includes the cost of a return label.
