Knifewear Customer Help Centre

Shipping is done each weekday morning, excluding Canadian holidays, and orders will typically ship out the business day after the order was placed. Ex. If you order on Friday, your package will ship on Monday as long as it's not a holiday in Canada, if it is your order would ship out Tuesday. 

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as our team creates a label. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have not received the tracking email or your tracking isn't showing any scans by the courier within the last 1-2 business days. We recommend checking the courier's (Canada Post, DHL or UPS) tracking as the shop app tracking doesn't always update.
