Can I purchase a knife in the Garage sale before the sale?
There are no pre-sales on Garage Sale knives; we try to keep it fair for everyone. If you are interested in a knife in the sale, drop by the day the sale starts in your local store at 10 am or hop on the website at 8 am mountain time.

What are the discounts I can expect?
The prices are as marked. Garage Sale is a mix of deals and hard-to-find knives we can only get once or twice a year. Most items are purchased especially for the sale, so they are priced with discounts already in place. Some items aren't discounted as they are prototypes, one-of-a-kind, limited edition, or rare items. 

Where can I find items with an X% discount?
You can find regular stock with discounts here: https://knifewear.com/collections/great-deals.

The sale is online and in-store; where is the best place to find the knife I want?
Both locations have exclusive stock on day one. If you see something online you want, buy it on the website, then head into the store later to check out the rest of the sale.

In-store inventory is unavailable online on the first day, so items sold-out online may still be in your local store. If you can't make it in, all in-store inventory will be added to the web store after the first day. Unfortunately, we cannot get in-store knives for online customers on the first day.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Online orders cannot be picked up in-store during the sale, as they will ship from a different location. If you need to return or exchange the item in your local store, you can do so. 
We offer free shipping over $100 in Canada and work hard to get things shipped as soon as you order them.

I have a discount code; can I use it?
No additional discounts, including industry discounts, are available on Garage Sale items during the sale. 

I had the item I wanted in my cart, but it was sold out at checkout. What happened?
Our website software does not reserve stock in carts and sells to the first customer to complete the checkout process. If you really want something, proceed directly to checkout and buy it to secure the item. You can buy additional items later, and we will combine the shipments for you. It’s not how we want it, but it's how the software works. 

I saw something at the garage sale but missed it. Can I special order it?
Sadly no. These are not regularly stocked items, so, unfortunately, we can't special order them.
