For non-japanese kitchen knives made with western steels (Brands like Henckels, Wusthof, Kitchen Aid etc) Smaller blades cost $10, and larger will be $15.</span></span></div></div><div data-block="true" data-editor="fg24b" data-offset-key="6sbd4-0-0"><div data-offset-key="6sbd4-0-0"><span data-offset-key="6sbd4-0-0"><br data-text="true"></span></div></div><div data-block="true" data-editor="fg24b" data-offset-key="3bl1d-0-0"><div data-offset-key="3bl1d-0-0"><span data-offset-key="3bl1d-0-0"><span data-text="true">For Japanese steel knives, they start at $15 for the smaller knives and $20 for larger knives. We also do repairs as well starting at $5, so if you have any that are chipped, or missing their tips we can help you with you.
